Recently, we were selected to be the cover story in Carrot Country! In addition to potatoes and onions, carrots are the third vegetable crop that we grow here at Gumz Farms. Unlike potatoes and onions, however, we do not pack our carrots; they get shipped straight to local canneries after harvest. To learn more about our history, carrot production, and our operation in general, check us out in this fall's issue!
