Today is National Milk Day! According to the National Milk Producers Federation, "today we commemorate the day when milk started being delivered in sterilized glass bottles way back in 1878. Milk (which has nine essential nutrients) is used to create a wide variety of other dairy products, like cheese, yogurt, sour cream, butter, and ice cream."

In honor of National Milk Day, we decided to post our #FarmFreshFriday recipe early this week and support the dairy industry with some Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (<--- click for the recipe). How can you go wrong with potatoes and milk? Enjoy!
