Over the past couple of weeks, we reached 1,000 likes on our Facebook page! To celebrate, we had a giveaway, and we chose a winner who entered the giveaway by sharing a favorite recipe featuring a combination of crops that we grow at Gumz Farms: onions, potatoes, carrots, and mint. Instructions/Ingredients:
Diced carrots, potatoes, onions, placed in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place corned beef on top. When there is one hour left, add chopped cabbage to the slow cooker. Garnish with mint.
