Carrot Country: Heirs to Innovation

Recently, we were selected to be the cover story in Carrot Country! In addition to potatoes and onions, carrots are the third vegetable crop that we grow here at Gumz Farms. Unlike potatoes and onions, however, we do not pack our carrots; they get shipped straight to local canneries after harvest.
